2. The Queen beds were horribly hard, although the manager did accommodate us with a room with two doubles, but we received no discount for taking the lesser room.

3. Also, all the reviews I had read prior stated that the hotel was hard to find, maybe they updated it but there is a very large and clear sign on the highway now.
