1. I have stayed at other hotels in the area like Motel 6 and Microtel and they were just awful and when I had issues they would just shrug their shoulders and do nothing.

2. My brother and I recently stayed here for four days, had no issues other than our room's clock was set nine hours ahead, but notified the front desk at check-out and they said they would take care of it, and showed quite a proactive stance in doing so.

3. the only issue i had was that i was booking online and decided to call the hotel to verify that they offered shuttle to the airport and extended term parking to leave your vehicle while traveling.
