3. Due to the problems with the Park Hyatt not having our room, we were late to the concert and missed part of it, we left early due to my wife not having a jacket, our luggage was lost, and we wasted most of our time unsuccessfully trying to recover our lost luggage which contained several hundred dollars worth of our items, including my Blackberry.

4. the parking is an extraordinary $45 whereas around the corner it's $30 for 24 hours - so use that instead, the hotel forgot both of our morning newspapers and that's about it for problems.

9. Restaurant was very good, food to 'die for'the only problem was you have to walk through the bar area to get to the restaurant, the bar area gets very smoky in the evening.
