2. he was refusing to call the airport shuttle for me and even threatened me to go to police as i was asking him what does he want me to do , i felt he was racist and no humanity even for strangers in that area his name was ramcy i think and he really put me off that hotel completely at the end i had to call expedia toll free number they sorted the problem professionally and apologized but the hotel charged me the toll free call .
