This was the most
badly
managed aspect of the hotel as the shuttle didn't turn up for another hour & after a larger shuttle was arranged to transport all the waiting hotel guests, it was found to have a flat tyre.

hotel, poorly maintained (very old carpet in the bedrooms) and with very unpleasant staff at the reception.
