1. I would highly recommend this hotel, although I didn't give it five stars since it is quite expensive for the size of the room, so not exactly best value.

4. The same old issues as you find in other New York hotels are still true here, the expensive wifi, no coffee making facilities in the room, a small useless bath, but they make up for it by having luxurious rooms, coffee and free wifi in the lobby etc.
