1. The only complaint I have is that the AC cannot be regulated to a tem below about 68 (even though you can set is at 65).

2. My one major complaint was that the room thermostat was reading way too low, so the room never properly cooled, especially at night when it was impossible to sleep under the otherwise comfortable king bed's heavy blanket without profusely sweating from the heat.
