1. We were able to get an extention til noon, but since most flights are in the afternoon, the 10am checkout can be a real inconvenience.

2. The only way for us to be able to stay here during our travel dates was if we moved from a garden view villa to a pool view villa halfway through our stay, but the staff was so accommodating because of the 'inconvenience' and the villas so gorgeous (especially the pool view) that it was actually a good thing.

3. In all, we cannot recommend this unit (G121) unless you absolutely need 3 bedrooms, do not mind a parking lot view and are OK dealing with numerous minor inconveniences.
