1. The only minor issue was tyhe shower design, it was spacious and clean, however; there is a design flaw in the glass door which allows large amounts of water to escape to the floor.

7. And I don't know if its a JAX Aloft issue or just the chain in general because I have heard great things about the hotel in other areas.

8. What do I mean used? Well, there was hair in the sink, toilet paper and urine in the toilet bowl, the soap was unwrapped and used, there was a hand towel on the sink soiled in a yellowish fluid (care to guess what is was?), the bed was unmade and those are just the major issues.

10. The hotel was having issues with their elevators at checking, (they didn't work), but the staff offered to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs.
