2. com, the email for Hilton Worldwide employees, and not a single one has addressed this issue or the horrid conditions at this hotel in their chain, albeit privately owned by an owner who feels the need to remain anonymous.

3. i paid cash, was certainly unsatisfied and I was not issued a refund and was called racist names by the GM, who has never even met me.

4. I noticed that some other reviews mentioned airplane noise, but even on an upper floor, this was not an issue for us.
