1. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were quite pleased, but this trip we ran into some problems with overbooked flights and could not make it to Seattle as planned.

2. We reserved a room with 2 queen bed but when we got to the hotel, it was overbooked and they only could accomodate us in a Kind bed suite with a sofa bed, which was not comfortable at all.
