1. I said last year that we couldn't wait to book with them for the years to come, but unfortunately, I think this was the last time we will have ever stayed at this hotel, as we found that the quality level has dropped dramatically and there are better options around for about the same price.

3. unfortunately when we arrived, the hotel had given us two single-bed rooms instead of ones with two-queen beds.

7. unfortunately, there was no microwave or refrigerator so a restaurant experience would be limited to what you can consume at the table (unlike past 1 star hotel we have used).
