1. I was a little annoyed to find that there were no grassy areas for our dog to potty in, only mulch/dirt and rocks, but they claim to be a pet-friendly hotel, etc.

4. Food was the same you would get at similarly priced hotels, however the ambience was the thing that really made me realise I was in budget hotel: plain walls, disposable dishes and cutlery, black tablecloths giving an idea of dirt, big black rubbish bins with the lid open.
