1. After a long discussion and refusal to offer anything in return for the inconvenience, the manager (Mallory) offered us free room services throughout the duration of our stay, but it only happened on 1 of the 4 days.

2. My parents were given TWO queen size rooms instead of the single King size room that I requested, and for obvious reasons I took one of the smaller rooms and requested for complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience.
