1. This hotel is older and has an open area in the middle that loudly amplifies all the noise coming from the bar below, so when you are trying to sleep at 11PM on a Friday night, you will hear all the noise.

3. The only problem we had was the noise on a Saturday night (a club close?) were at 2:00AM lots of kids were talking really loud and making huge noise.
