1. I was looking for but did not see any evidence of the types of complaints other Trip Advisor reviewers had cited during recent stays about poor maintence, unclean rooms or outdated decorations/funrnishings.

5. When I hadn`t heard back from the manager after not 1, not 2 but 4 messages on her answering machine over the course of 3 days, I became appalled at their lack of not only customer service, but lack of listening to a customer complaint.

8. The only complaints were that the bathroom was small, the building is a bit aged, and you will not be able to control the room temperature.
