The day manager was extremely helpful with a credit card
issue
(trying to get hotel points) and the night desk manager actually printed my kid's homework from his office computer.

In fact we felt that there were a few service related
issue
s that needed addressing - probably due to the fact that they had only just opened and the staff were still trying to get the hang of both the hotel standards and job-specific responsibilities.

I attempted to engage the person to resolve whatever was the
issue
when the desk person suddenly exclaimed 'You need to learn some respectfulness.

if you want to avoid the $12 a day fee from the hotel but with a little patience you can find a spot on the street.

was the so called breakfast included was apples, oranges, juice and coffee on a table in the hallway on the second floor (totally unacceptable.
