1. The day manager was extremely helpful with a credit card issue (trying to get hotel points) and the night desk manager actually printed my kid's homework from his office computer.

2. In fact we felt that there were a few service related issues that needed addressing - probably due to the fact that they had only just opened and the staff were still trying to get the hang of both the hotel standards and job-specific responsibilities.

4. Parking is an issue if you want to avoid the $12 a day fee from the hotel but with a little patience you can find a spot on the street.

5. The second issue was the so called breakfast included was apples, oranges, juice and coffee on a table in the hallway on the second floor (totally unacceptable.

7. The only issue was no ketchup at breakfast, but that was the worst thing, so overall a very good stay.
