1. There were some automated checkin kiosks that offered a tempting alternative to the longish checkin line, but when I used the kiosk I may have pushed a wrong button somewhere without realizing it, because I ended up with a smoking room which is not what I expected or wanted.

3. The bathroom sink fixture was loose and crooked, and the plumbing made very loud noise when the water faucet was turned on at the "wrong" degree of opening.

10. The only problem (which was not a real problem) was the automatic registration machine: it gave us the wrong type of room from what we had requested and then said that for $150 more we could have the room we originally reserved.
