3. When I went to check in, the front door had to be opened by being buzzed in which made me nervous that that was that way, a police officer was checking in to start his duty as security which really made me uncomfortable.

4. It was 10 PM and I was tired and I just wanted to go to my room and rest, but I had to have several uncomfortable exchanges with the staff and stand my ground before they would agree to give me a room with 2 beds.
