2. The only problem we had with the hotel was our room was right beside the door to the outside and the ice machine so we could hear all that noise but other than that it was great.

3. The first issue was broken light - they handled it well by immediately giving us the only other room available - The problem was not immediately fixable.

4. Our room (the artic cave) was comfortable but didn't have great a/c circulation, but it wasn't a problem for us.
