1. Only complaint is that things which are complementary at other hotels I've stayed at--parking, internet access, a mini fridge in the room--were only available at an additional charge here.

2. The only complaint I have is that I could still hear activity in the main lobby (I was on the 2nd floor) even after 11pm, when I had to go to sleep.
