1. There are never any surprises, everything at this hotel is consistent; I always know what to expect and they never disappoint.

2. ON the negative side, the property just got a new manager who has halted the free breakfast program for IHG status members (I'm Platinum) and this is pretty disappointing as their buffet is good but significantly overpriced.
