1. Just arrived with no credit card so had to give $250 deposit thats my stay in la restricted now cause they couldnt recognise my credit card im fuming the interior is very dated and the big american welcome sucked.

2. The staff are really nice but on your way to your room you will see what I mean, the decor is dated as are the rooms with a 1970s feel.

3. The rooms are a little out dated and the TV's are ancient but who is watching TV when you are in the heart of all the action? Just a little added bonus, they were filming CSI Miami in the back of the hotel during my stay.

7. The carpet is dated in the halls and rather than place it they just steam decades of cigarette smoke and what ever out leaving a constant stench in the hallways.

9. Lobby and hallway decor made the hotel feel very dated and I felt like I was in 1960's Hollywood.

10. Yes, the lobby is out-of-date and and a couple of things could use new paint, but overall the hotel was clean, quiet (even though fully booked), comfortable, and convenient.
