1. Would have been a great place to stay except the bed was very hard, pillows too small for such a big bed and the shower truly was terrible.

5. The lift(elevator) is a joy a little reminder of the hotels past yes it only holds 2 people and it is slow but there are only 2 floors so its not too hard to use the stairs.
