1. Since we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for a different room and don't know, if any other rooms had the same problem.

5. There was a potential problem because of an accident and the whole hotel was left without power, but the staff went around to every room to inform us, just incase we had alarms set and flights to catch.

8. (Out front and under lights) Sam and all desk clerks are very courteous and helpful and correct any problems for others immediately.
