1. Although it may seem like a very specific complaint, I thought the hotel's atmosphere was cold.

2. My only complaint would be the Internet service - it was ridiculously expensive in the business center to do anything from getting online to printing - it seemed quite excessive to me.

3. Unfortunately a complaint was lodged with housekeeping because a specific request was made to have the sheets changed (on second day of 3 night stay), and although the request was eagerly granted, the bed linen was not changed.
