1. Now I did not over react but I told managment and they did not address issues at all.

4. Remote Control wasn't working, one of the phones wasn't working either, we had issues with the hot water for a few hours.

5. Besides the two issues I mentioned above everything else was fine and like I said the superb location and the excellent quality of the rooms outweigh the subpar breakfast and internet service.
