1. My only criticism would be similar to previous posters : very expensive valet parking without any self park options and lack of free internet.
"Beautiful Modern Midtown Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/20/2012 Vote
2. I arrived at 5:30 am and had my choice of machines, but by 6:00 am, it was completely full and several people came and then returned to their rooms because of the lack of treadmill/elliptical/bike/weights availability.
"Great hotel at the doorstep of Georgia Tech " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/25/2012 Vote
3. There was a lack of hotel literature though, and it was difficult to locate phone numbers for the front desk and in-room dining.
"Decent Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/18/2011 Vote
4. Some of the issues included: relatively sterile front desk help, room was not vacuumed (fingernail clippings left on the floor), rather pedestrian room decor and fixtures, room was only stocked with a half roll of toilet paper (we had to call down for more, and no back up was ever brought during cleaning - we ran out again), only 2 towels stocked for a double room, door service was lacking (most of the staff was just standing around and even let me spill a coffee on myself trying to open the front door of the hotel with my arms full - no assistance), and nearly a $10.
"Not a great Kimpton - The attention to detail seemed to be lacking " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/22/2010 Vote
5. What is most amazing is the lack of noise - for a high traffic midtown area, the rooms are very quiet.
"Best of Atlanta " Read full review on Expedia   8/17/2010 Vote
6. There were some small problems like A/C condensation in the room and lack of outlets at the desk, but these were very minor in the scheme of things.
"Swanky and cool digs " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/1/2010 Vote
7. Another thing that I noticed was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door.
"Just "OK" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/17/2010 Vote
8. Only thing disappointing was lack of quality shampoo/conditioner etc.
"Nice, Trendy Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/22/2009 Vote
9. That is very frustrating to me and shows lack of customer service; we were waiting up for them to arrive at night when they knew that no one would be coming.
"Beautiful hotel and rooms, front desk service needs some work " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/3/2009 Vote
