2. i was travelling with a food allergic`child requested fridge and microwave in the room double checked a day before my arrival and i was reassured i will get them, on my arrival i was given the key to a room when i ook my luggage upstairs (no elevator)via old dirty stairs i found no micro or fridge upon compalin i was asked to come downstairs in a room again no micro or fridge, manager was rude totally declined to provide me with the things i requested when my husband said we will cancel move to some other place and complain about it we wereasked to go to yet another room upstairs where we got a broken fridge and broken tv set we had to throw some of the food we were carrying and we used cooler and ice for rest of the stay plus parking is hard to get in this hotel they dont accomodate you and i saw roaches also when my husband went to get assistance with a blocked flush their was no one to help at the desk only good thing is the pool and staff that work there.
