1. Although parking was not a big issue, we did have to park quite far in the lot since it was often full because of the nightclub.

2. Perhaps the biggest issue for me is its distance from DC--it's about a 10 minute cab ride from New Carrollton (the last stop on the Orange Line--25 minutes from downtown) and the hotel shuttle stops running pretty early (8pm on weeknights, 9pm on weekends).
