Very clean overall, had problem with sleeper sofa, no pillows and it had apparently not been open for some time as there were crumbs etc on blanket,air circulation in room was great though no windows opened, pool and hot tub were great, found driv into new york easy and quick, will stay again, staff very friendly, breakfast satisfying and hot, trip included picking up new jag, parking was very safe no worries, put this hotel on your list.

5. When we had a problem w/ our thermostat, the gentleman from the front desk even came to our room to help us out (it was late, so maintenance was already gone).

6. This should not be a problem for most guests who will drive, but if do not have a car, it's a hassle to get to one.
