1. The remote control for the room did not work which was a huge hassle and staff did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue or even attempt to replace batteries.

Cons: size of room/bathroom (only an issue if you want extra space), all rooms only have a queen bed, standard rooms have no bathtub (shower only), lots of hallway noise (hallway is marble flooring and echos loudly any hallway talking, doors closing, and the staff setting up in the morning) Overall, we would stay here again.

5. I requested a room on the 2nd floor to avoid these issues but was giving a room on the 1st floor.

6. I complained about it twice and the response was, "there are thunderstorms in the area and another room is having the same problem" the issue was never corrected.
