6. -Dirty seedy looking lobby-Dirty and very worn room-Broken appliances in room (hair dryer, TV)-General unsafe feeling even when locked in room-VERY noisy- from bar outside, also very thin walls so noise from neighbouring rooms-very rude and unhelpful staffBecause of the noise we asked to be moved, and were moved to another room that had the aircon unit buzzing loudly outside our window.
