1. I had only one problem with the lock of my room but the quickly change my room to a bigger one with no extra charge.

2. The staff was always very nice and helpful and when they could not solve our problem (light not working in the huge closet or no iron for our clothes) they were very appologetic.

3. onsite parking is a huge problem in the miami beach area but this was great.

4. As for the housekeeping deficiencies he cites (having to ask for fresh towels, bathroom not clean upon arrival), I did not run into these problems.
