2. I must give Maui Beachfront a shout out as they responded quickly and did what they could to assuage our negative reaction, offering a move to a different condo or a refund of one night and a free night on our next year's rental.

3. I can really think of no negatives, other than the fact that once we left I received a call from one of the property managers, accusing us of damanging a bureau during our stay - we certainly did not damage anything, but perhaps next time I would do a closer inspection upon check in.
