6. I'm sorry but as nice as the hotel is physically, and as convenient, it's really not all that hard to find people to work there who are a) friendly, b) competent, c) pleased to have a job where they can shine and perhaps be noticed, and d) leaving an overall positive impression with guests.

7. Because it is a hard surface, expect noise to come through the ceiling from people walking on the floor above if staying anywhere but the top floor.
