1. In the room dining chair arm was broken, sofa bed was broken (luckily I brought an inflatable bed just in case we needed it and we did), one bathroom did not have hair dryer, TV has no control and there is only one TV in the entire condo (we rented a 3 bedroom condo).

2. Other problems included: one bath - the shower control was broken and gave only warm water, We ran out of hot water each day we were there (4 adults and a child) the dishwasher did not work, lights were burned out, carpets were badly stained.
