1. the only negative comment I have about my experience was that the hotel management promised that there would be a free shuttle to pick us up from Manhattan at 1:30am at a specific location.

4. The hotel is very attractive, but unfortunately was under construction so there was a negative impact on our stay like elevators not always available quickly.
