2. There have been many aesthetic improvements made since last year that make the hotel look better, there are still maintenance issues that need working on (outside door locking systems, patio doors).

3. Positives: Friendly staff, good location, balconies accessible, free filtered water and coffee in lobby, internet access in lobby, fridge and m-waves in room Negatives: Pool out of service, rooms/main areas could use some updating, right off highway--so noise can be an issue.
