1. There was very loud knocking for about a good half hour down the hall,i called front desk twice to take care of it,it was very early,around 7am.

3. So why do they feel they need to pollute the environment by filling every open space in the hotel with piped music? Even the outdoor spaces suffered from it - so you couldn't hear the birdsong sitting on the terrace at breakfast, because the music was so loud.
