2. did not have my reservation, threatened to take my dog away, (i was never told not to leave the dog alone in the room)there was no way to get to the office other than walking around the whole building, nightime traffic was horrific and the water was absolutely horrible couldn't even drink the coffee had to go buy coffee at gas station.
