1. If they weren't smoking on this weekend then the hotel has never cleaned the carpets or painted because it had the stale smokers house smell as soon as you get off the elevator.

2. The floor had a sign that said it was as a non-smoking floor but someone was smoking because you could smell the stale odor as soon as you got off the elevator.
