8. (HINT: if you have problems, at the lobby elevators, their is a unmarked door to your right where the manager's hide, there is where I had to go to get my laptop checked) Another time I actually went back into the storage area looking for someone to get my lap top, took 5 minutes for security and the valet to come to get my lap top.

9. They agreed to removed the charge, but on check day, there it was, with the long distance charges to their Tech rep to try to find their internet problem.

10. Plus internet service kept kicking us off every five minutes, call main deck 3 times, twice they transfer me to their TI person to fix the problem, then the main desk said that the manager would call, which he never did.
