1. Then when the guests arrive, they put you on the upper floors which have bugs, knife slashes in the dirty, broken furniture and lots of loitering, smoking residents.

4. While the room was not dirty there were no linens in place on the beds, no towels, no soap and not even a shower curtain or extra roll of Toilet paper in the room when we checked-in.
