1. There is some minor work being done on the building's exterior, but there was no noise and only very minor notice taken of the workers.

2. If you wake up to a wierd, muted buzzing noise, check the little sign that is stuck to the wall under the sprinkler head advising people to not hang hangers on the sprinklers.
