2. All of New Orleans is a moldy dirty town so I felt like everywhere was kinda dirty, but this no dirtier then the rest.

3. The hotel was in a very good location for getting downtown without too much traffic, the only problem I had was the shower being dirty and the in room game not working, I had a room on the 3 flr to the back, not a problem in terms of noice.
