2. across the street are some excellent staples: Jerry`s Famous Deli- a bit overpriced, but good eats, noahs bagels, jamba, coffee bean/tea leaf,western bagel, ralphs grocery store, rite-aid, starbucks subway, chipotle, blockbuster, gnc.
