1. The room seemed fresh and clean, however I was very disappointed about the bathroom floor--It was sticky, with accumulated grime from insufficient cleaning.

8. I was disappointed that the hotel had discontinued their local shuttle service for guests, but front desk staff was very helpful & provided the name of a reliable taxi service.
