1. My only complaint is that the hotel is like on a hill and the rooms and getting to the rooms can be a maze and up and down and this is not very wheelchair friendly.

2. The only other two complaints I had was that there were no clean pool towels and hours after telling this to the front desk, there still were no clean pool towels.
