The hotel is located conveniently to walking to the beach or the old town of Seal Beach but it is pretty run down (although being renovated room by room) but it is noisy (the door to my room had a one inch gap to the carpet and all the noise form the pool area drifted in) and it is simply too pricey for what it is.

4. Kind a a strange set-up with the pool being halfway outdoors and indoors, but since we weren't near the pool, the noise wasn't a problem.
